I graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and after
practising at various clinics and hospitals throughout Essex County, opened
Grossi Physiotherapy in 1999. I am a life-long area resident and it is a
pleasure to work and practice in the community where I was raised.
My practice is focused primarily on the treatment of orthopaedic injuries (bones, joints and muscles) arising from accidents at work, through car accidents or sports. I have a particular interest in manual therapy techniques and providing hands on care to my patients.
It is important to me that each patient receives the best possible care at our facility. I will work with you to understand your injuries and develop a treatment plan suited to meet your goals for recovery and return you to your pre-injury lifestyle.
My passion is for working with clients as a team to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Whether your injuries happened in the workplace, sports field, or due to a car accident we will work together to overcome them.
I graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015. As a lifelong member of this community, I am excited to have returned and be able to provide the best possible, evidence-based treatment to its residents. Having been certified through the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program, I have a particular interest in using acupuncture as an adjunct to physiotherapy when appropriate. I also have a strong interest in manual therapy and continue to advance my knowledge and hands-on skills to better serve my clients. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with other members of the community through presentations to schools, coaches, and clubs.
I began my career at Grossi Physiotherapy in August of 2007. Working with the team at Grossi Physiotherapy is always a joy! I am dedicated and committed to providing first class service to all of our patients.
I truly enjoy interacting with each and every patient and I am always ready and eager to assist them with any questions or concerns regarding their paperwork.
My knowledge, experience and expertise ensure that the office runs smoothly.
Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology and
started my career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010. Since graduating,
I have worked in multidisciplinary settings hand in hand with physiotherapists and other health care professionals. I have furthered my training in deep tissue massage, Active Release techniques and Indie Head Massage.
I am very passionate about what I do and enjoy having such a rewarding career where I can help people live pain free.
Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated from the International Academy of Health Science in Ottawa and
began practising massage therapy in 2002. Rehabilitation has been the focus of
my career since that time taking a special interest in repetitive strain
injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and sports injuries. Effective
techniques that I incorporate into my treatment approach include Swedish massage
to manipulate the soft tissues and rehabilitate the muscles as well as deep
repetitive stripping and stretching. I am committed to the care of my clients!
I have been active in the local triathlon community for 15 years and volunteer for the kids of steel race. I enjoy travel, (57 countries and counting), ultimate Frisbee, reading, sailing, and, of course, spending time with my family!
