Physiotherapy is a client-focused health profession dedicated to improving quality of life by promoting optimal mobility, physical strength and function. At Grossi Physiotherapy, you benefit from over 20 years of clinical experience in the rehabilitation of injuries and the deconditioning effects of disease.
Your conditions and treatment goals are unique. Our Physiotherapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan specifically for you.
I graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and after
practising at various clinics and hospitals throughout Essex County, opened
Grossi Physiotherapy in 1999. I am a life-long area resident and it is a
pleasure to work and practice in the community where I was raised.
My practice is focused primarily on the treatment of orthopaedic injuries (bones, joints and muscles) arising from accidents at work, through car accidents or sports. I have a particular interest in manual therapy techniques and providing hands on care to my patients.
It is important to me that each patient receives the best possible care at our facility. I will work with you to understand your injuries and develop a treatment plan suited to meet your goals for recovery and return you to your pre-injury lifestyle.
My passion is for working with clients as a team to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Whether your injuries happened in the workplace, sports field, or due to a car accident we will work together to overcome them.
I graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015. As a lifelong member of this community, I am excited to have returned and be able to provide the best possible, evidence-based treatment to its residents. Having been certified through the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program, I have a particular interest in using acupuncture as an adjunct to physiotherapy when appropriate. I also have a strong interest in manual therapy and continue to advance my knowledge and hands-on skills to better serve my clients. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with other members of the community through presentations to schools, coaches, and clubs.
I achieved a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2018 and have since moved back to my hometown of Leamington! I am passionate about treating a variety of different conditions, with a specific interest in orthopaedic conditions and athletic injuries for all age groups. My treatment techniques primarily consist of manual therapy/hands on skills, along with a tailored exercise program developed to your specific needs, whether prehabilitative or rehabilitative. After graduation, I have become certified in acupuncture and dry needling and pelvic floor physiotherapy.
In the future, my hope is to complete my FCAMPT levels to further develop my manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills. I look forward to working together with you to help achieve your goals!
I graduated from Queen's University in 2018 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics majoring in Movement Science in 2016.
I am passionate about helping clients achieve goals that are important to them. I treat musculoskeletal conditions that occur as a result of workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sport injuries, and repetitive strain injuries as well as post-operative conditions.
I effectively incorporate exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, as well as electrotherapeutic modalities into my practice when appropriate. I strive to continue in my professional development to continually provide effective, quality care to my clients.
