My passion is for working with clients as a team to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Whether your injuries happened in the workplace, sports field, or due to a car accident we will work together to overcome them.

I graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015. As a lifelong member of this community, I am excited to have returned and be able to provide the best possible, evidence-based treatment to its residents. Having been certified through the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program, I have a particular interest in using acupuncture as an adjunct to physiotherapy when appropriate. I also have a strong interest in manual therapy and continue to advance my knowledge and hands-on skills to better serve my clients. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with other members of the community through presentations to schools, coaches, and clubs.

I achieved a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2018 and have since moved back to my hometown of Leamington! I am passionate about treating a variety of different conditions, with a specific interest in orthopaedic conditions and athletic injuries for all age groups. My treatment techniques primarily consist of manual therapy/hands on skills, along with a tailored exercise program developed to your specific needs, whether prehabilitative or rehabilitative. After graduation, I have become certified in acupuncture and dry needling and pelvic floor physiotherapy.

In the future, my hope is to complete my FCAMPT levels to further develop my manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills. I look forward to working together with you to help achieve your goals!
